I was so happy I received this book to read by the way of the author. I really loved the relationship between Carter and Brynne. When I first found out that the book was going to be about a human and elf falling in love, I was not sure if I was going to like the book at all. 

I am so glad I chose to give this book a chance because it was a fun, cute, and interesting story. I loved Carter's cousins Tyler and Taylor so much, especially there reaction when they first meet Brynne. Boy that really cracked me up, along with what Brynne was doing to Carter. And no its not what you might be thinking I was talking about. What a fun book to read to get you into the Christmas holiday.
